Bioactive Wound Dressing Project: A New Step in International Scientific Collaboration and Innovative Research with TÜBİTAK Support
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ayben Pakolpakçıl’s bioactive wound dressing project received TÜBİTAK 2219 support for nine months of research at the University of Erlangen–Nuremberg.
A project led by Associate Professor Ayben Pakolpakçıl from the Textile and Fashion Design Department in İstanbul Nişantaşı University’s Faculty of Art and Design, aiming to develop a bioactive wound dressing design, has received support under TÜBİTAK’s 2219 International Postdoctoral Research Fellowship Programme.
Under this important project, Associate Professor Pakolpakçıl will continue her research for nine months from the 2025–2026 academic year at the University of Erlangen–Nuremberg in Germany, at the invitation of distinguished scientist Prof. Dr.-Ing. Habil. Dr. h.c. Aldo R. Boccaccini. Through this work, she aims to make valuable contributions to our country and university.
