FOAI-15 Begins at Istanbul Nişantaşı University
FOAI-15 opened with a focus on practical approaches to assessing writing skills. Featuring a keynote by Prof. Dr. Claudia Harsch, the event supported professional knowledge exchange among educators.
FOAI-15 (Forum on Assessment Issues), hosted by Istanbul Nişantaşı University, began under the theme “Practical Approaches to Assessing Writing Skills”. Academic sessions and knowledge exchange brought participants together to explore current and innovative approaches to assessing writing.
As part of this professional development event, expert academics and educators discussed methods, practices and different approaches to writing assessment.
A highlight was the keynote address by Prof. Dr. Claudia Harsch. The well-attended presentation contributed to discussion of current academic approaches to writing assessment and strengthened the exchange of knowledge and experience among educators.
FOAI-15 provided an academic forum for educators to develop their assessment knowledge and skills and discuss approaches that contribute to high-quality education.
The event will continue on its second day with academic sessions and contributions from expert speakers.
