Istanbul Nişantaşı University held its Advisory Board’s 2025 meeting to strengthen its academic and social impact and shape its strategic roadmap with contributions from diverse stakeholders.
Reflecting a participatory approach that draws on knowledge and experience from different fields in institutional development and decision-making, the meeting addressed academic excellence, internationalisation, university–industry cooperation, societal contribution and sustainability.
Board members evaluated current activities and future goals based on their expertise and experience. The exchange provided a foundation for incorporating stakeholder participation into strategic planning and institutional development.
Discussions also covered developing academic capacity, increasing international visibility, strengthening industry relationships and the future direction of work on societal contribution and sustainability.
In line with participatory governance, the university continues to draw on stakeholders’ knowledge and experience and develop its academic, scientific and social goals within a shared vision.
