Happy Place to Work C-Suite 2026 brought executives and HR professionals together on campus. Sessions explored talent management, leadership, employee experience, and sustainable organisations.
The Happy Place to Work Türkiye C-Suite 2026 event, coordinated by Istanbul Nişantaşı University’s Career Center and Alumni Coordination Office, brought together leading figures in human resources. Held at the Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cevdet Uysal Conference Hall, the program attracted strong interest from senior executives and HR professionals across Türkiye’s industries.
Bringing senior executives and HR leaders from Türkiye’s leading companies onto the same platform, the event was moderated by accomplished presenter Oylum Talu. Sessions throughout the day addressed prominent approaches in human resources management and future strategies in response to the changing dynamics of business.
The well-attended event comprehensively evaluated roadmaps for building stronger, sustainable organizations that prioritize employee engagement amid changing economic conditions, rising workforce costs and the expectations of a new generation of employees.
