Istanbul Nişantaşı University qualified for ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification, recognising its sustainable, stakeholder-focused approach to education, research, management and societal contribution.
High-Quality Education and Sustainable Quality Management
Istanbul Nişantaşı University has qualified for the internationally recognized ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate. The certificate was obtained following comprehensive work and a successful audit led by our Rector Prof. Dr. Ayşegül Komsuoğlu Çıtıpıtıoğlu, with guidance from the General Secretariat and the Quality and Governance Coordination Office.
By systematizing its quality-focused approach in education, research, management and social contribution, our university has certified its sustainable quality management philosophy centred on internal and external stakeholder satisfaction.
The General Secretariat and the Quality and Governance Coordination Office coordinated the process, while dedicated contributions from academic and administrative units placed the quality culture on an institutional foundation.
Our Rector Prof. Dr. Ayşegül Komsuoğlu Çıtıpıtıoğlu stated:
