High-Quality Architectural Education and Creative Design
Istanbul Nişantaşı University’s Architecture Department exhibited the semester work of Basic Design students from the 2024–2025 Fall Semester. Showcasing students’ creative ideas and designs, the exhibition comprised four sections.
Section 1: From Biomimicry to Morphology in Design
Urban square designs inspired by nature were shaped through biomimetic approaches.
Section 2: Invisible Cities—Urban Image Study
Students exhibited urban design projects developed from Italo Calvino’s “Invisible Cities.”
Section 3: Cube—“Space Within Space” Study
Inspired by contemporary art movements, three-dimensional designs created different spatial scenarios within a cube.
Section 4: The New Year’s Skyscraper
Original skyscraper designs featuring structural systems composed of modular units attracted interest for their structural and aesthetic qualities.
We thank all students who contributed to the exhibition and wish them continued success.
