Istanbul Nişantaşı University Provides Diction and Public Speaking Training for Provincial Health Directorate Staff
Provincial Health Directorate staff received diction and public speaking training coordinated by our university’s Continuing Education Centre. Organised through cooperation with healthcare institutions, the programme supported employees’ verbal communication skills and professional development.
Cooperation with Healthcare Institutions and Professional Communication Training
Under a protocol signed between Istanbul Nişantaşı University and the Provincial Health Directorate, diction and public speaking training was organized for Directorate staff. Coordinated by our Continuing Education Application and Research Centre (SEM), the training was delivered by Conservatory Director Asst. Prof. Dr. Önder Paker.
The program aimed to improve healthcare workers’ verbal communication and enable more effective interaction with the public, patients and colleagues. Participants learned articulation, voice control, intonation and effective speaking techniques, gaining skills to express themselves more accurately and confidently.
Supporting effective professional communication, the training also contributed to healthcare quality and efficiency. Our Continuing Education Application and Research Centre will continue similar programs supporting the professional development of public- and private-sector employees.
