Visual Merchandising and Styling Workshop with Fashion Design Students

Fashion Design students practised merchandising and styling at E-Bebek, observing visual merchandising’s role in the customer experience in a working store.
Students of the Fashion Design Department at İstanbul Nişantaşı University Vocational School attended an event at the E-Bebek Head Office Store as part of their Visual Merchandising and Window Display Design course. The event was conducted with Textile Visual Merchandising Specialists Emel Dumangöz and Seval İnan, and Business Development and Visual Merchandising Manager Görkem Dinçoğlu.
Students had the opportunity to practise and observe department arrangement and styling. Experiencing the theoretical knowledge gained in class in an actual store environment, they observed firsthand the importance of visual merchandising and styling in the customer experience and purchasing process.
During the event, students toured the E-Bebek Head Office building, examining the brand’s management operations, office layout and decorative details such as nostalgic baby toys and cradles. The visit provided insights into many areas, from the store experience to the brand’s overall operations.
The event enabled students to approach design processes holistically and explore the important connection extending from product design to store presentation.
We thank the E-Bebek team for their hospitality and valuable contributions.
