Organized by Nish Dent Club, the event “The Role of Pathology in Dentistry” featured Prof. Dr. Vakur Olgaç, pathology specialist and member of Istanbul University’s Institute of Health Sciences.
Prof. Dr. Olgaç discussed pathology’s history in dentistry and its importance in clinical sciences, detailing education and research methods. He also highlighted molecular studies and AI in pathological data analysis. Emphasizing that pathology requires cooperation with other disciplines, he offered valuable insights to participants.
