Prof. Dr. Nezir Temur Becomes the First Guest of TÖMER’s Online Seminar Series
Prof. Dr. Nezir Temur met 70 staff members and academics from different universities in TÖMER’s online seminar, discussing learning and teaching in the context of quality education and accreditation.
High-Quality Language Education and Accreditation Processes
The first guest of Istanbul Nişantaşı University TÖMER’s online seminar series was Prof. Dr. Nezir Temur, Director of Gazi University TÖMER and Chair of DÖDAK, the Association for Evaluation and Accreditation of Language Learning and Preparatory Centres, recognized by the Turkish Higher Education Quality Council (YÖKAK).
The seminar brought together 70 TÖMER and language centre staff members from various universities and academics working in the field to discuss learning and teaching processes within TÖMER accreditation. Prof. Dr. Temur’s valuable presentation offered important insights and awareness to guide participants on their accreditation journey.
The seminar included opening remarks by Istanbul Nişantaşı University TÖMER Director Asst. Prof. Dr. Merve Suroğlu Sofu, a speech of appreciation by Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Uğur Yozgat, and Prof. Dr. Nezir Temur’s remarks of thanks following his participation and closing address.
