TÜBİTAK 2209 Student Project Preparation and Writing Training Gives Our Students a Stronger Start in Research

Istanbul Nişantaşı University held TÜBİTAK 2209 Student Project Preparation and Writing Training to develop students’ scientific thinking and research skills, foster a culture of project development and help turn innovative ideas into feasible projects.

As part of this professional training, participants gained practical experience of the stages of project preparation, from developing an idea and defining its scope to selecting research methods, reviewing the literature and managing a project.

The training also covered key aspects of project management, including scheduling, budgeting and analysis of outputs and impact. Students gained both theoretical knowledge and practical experience of structuring a scientific idea systematically and turning it into a project proposal.

Delivered by Technology Transfer Office Director Lecturer Muhammed Emin Özmen, the training strengthened students’ capacity for scientific research and project development. The office’s training and project development support encouraged participation in national research programmes and helped students take a more active role in scientific research.

Istanbul Nişantaşı University continues to encourage student projects, promote project-based learning and support young researchers who can contribute to scientific, technological and social progress.
