EKUAL read-and-publish agreements support open-access publishing by eligible researchers.
The library presents conditions for read-and-publish agreements available through TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM EKUAL. Eligible articles and journals may receive open-access publishing support. Coverage, quotas, periods and eligibility vary by publisher, so current conditions on the source page must be consulted. Scientific knowledge sharing relates to SDG 9 and institutional publishing partnerships to SDG 17.
