Research on children’s playgrounds in Sarıyer connects safety, ergonomics, accessibility and climate adaptation with local planning. Findings were discussed with representatives of Sarıyer Municipality’s Parks and Gardens Directorate, including options for shading, access and environmentally responsive design. Supported by the municipality, the research aims to inform playground policy.
