Academic Contribution to Marmara Municipalities Union Meetings
In 2025, İstanbul Nişantaşı University faculty member Professor Çiğdem Üstün moderated meetings held at the Marmara Municipalities Union and participated as a discussion facilitator.
The meetings aimed to bring the urban challenges, expectations of local government and needs of children and people aged over 65 into dialogue with municipal personnel working on projects in these areas. The university’s academic contribution took the form of moderation and facilitation in this process of discussing local needs with municipal personnel.
