Our university’s Staff Salary Payment Procedure, dated 28 April 2025, assigns salary calculations for academic and administrative staff to Human Resources and payment to Financial Affairs. Calculation and approval documents provide the record framework for the payroll process.

Assessing Gender Equity in Pay
SDG 8.2.7 concerns measuring or tracking gender equity in staff pay. This assessment requires analysis separate from payroll preparation and payment. The existence of a pay equity policy and the actual measurement of a pay gap are assessed separately.
