Academic participation in the FoodWaStop COST network supports research on food loss and waste prevention and valorisation.
The news dated 25 February 2025 reports Dr Ali Paşazade’s appointment to a working group in COST Action CA22134 FoodWaStop. Areas include prevention and measurement of food loss and waste and valorisation of agricultural and food waste within the circular bioeconomy. This practice records participation in a research network; it does not establish campus cafeteria waste reduction or quantified food recovery. The thematic links are SDGs 2, 12 and 17.
