National Provision on Risk Monitoring and Early Warning
Article 6(7) of Climate Law No. 7552 provides for developing risk assessment, monitoring, information and early warning systems on the basis of integrated disaster management to reduce losses and damage from climate-related disasters. This is the national legal framework adopted in 2025.

Distinguishing Information Activities from Support Delivered to Government
SDG 13.3.4 focuses on the information and support a university provides to local or regional government on climate disaster risks, early warning and monitoring. General awareness education, campus energy monitoring and the existence of national legislation are distinct from early warning support delivered to government.
