Target Year Stated in the Document
Section 1.1 of the Climate Action Plan states 2053 as the target year for net-zero emissions. Its timeline identifies 2046–2053 as the transition to net zero and monitoring phase. These are future planning targets, not achieved emission reductions or carbon neutrality results.

Distinguishing Target Year from Reporting Year
SDG 13.4.2 assesses the date on which carbon neutrality is targeted or achieved for at least Scopes 1 and 2. The target year, approval date of the evidence and reporting period of 1 January–31 December 2025 are separate concepts. A future target year does not mean the target was achieved during the reporting period.
