Long-Term Workplace Education through IMU
Our university’s Directive on Eighth-Semester On-the-Job Professional Practice (IMU), dated 26 January 2021, regulates eighth-semester workplace education for undergraduate students within its scope. It specifies at least 14 weeks and 70 working days of continuous practice. Entry requires having taken prior-semester courses at least once and fulfilled attendance conditions; a graduation thesis or project is an alternative in the circumstances defined in the directive.

Responsibilities for Supervision and Assessment
Within the IMU framework, the Career Centre and Alumni Coordination Unit handles protocols and forms, the academic supervisor appointed by the department provides academic oversight, and the workplace supervisor guides students at the host organisation. Two assessment files are required for the mid-term and end-of-term evaluations.
