The Psychological Counselling and Guidance Unit, coordinated by the Department of Health, Culture and Sports, organised the “Connection or Dependency?” programme with the Psychology Studies and Research Club, Psychology Club and Psychoanalysis Club.
Specialist psychologist Arzu Coşkun discussed toxic bonds and healthy relationships, clinical psychologist Sude Kılıç explored love and attachment to emotional wounds, and clinical psychologist Mary Deniz Erdede addressed difficulty separating and emotional dependency. Students learned about building healthy relationships, emotional awareness and the dynamics of dependent relationships.
